We live in a world determined to overcome stress—we fight against it and even fear it. But that stops here! This week, we’ll choose a different path and dive into the incredible benefits of stress and how we can use stress to our advantage. You’ll also learn a technique to transform how you experience your natural stress responses and benefit from the collective wisdom of your cohort.

Time is our most valuable asset. It’s finite and too often, we feel the pressure of cramming in as much as we can only to “run out” before we accomplish everything on our endless to-do list. This week, we’ll examine how we spend (and waste) our time and some simple tools to help tackle both urgent and important tasks well.
-
Understanding our fears can help unlock insights about what is important to us and what we value most. Rather than run from our fears we’ll use this week to lean into fear, harness the power of discomfort, and grow stronger through collective wisdom.
-
Afraid to fail? You aren’t alone! In week 5, we explore failure, what it means to fail, and even actively making the choice to fail. We’ll learn a fear-setting technique and a proven tool to help you find the advantages in even your most dreadful experiences.
-
Sooner or later, everyone will know you’re a fake! (That’s what we tell ourselves, anyway.) In week 6, we tackle imposter syndrome, uncover its roots, and learn how to transform our Automatic Negative Thoughts into Positive Enlightened Thoughts.
-
Do you have a tendency to avoid conflict or do you rush in head-on? Where and how do you set boundaries for yourself and others? Week 7 is all about boundaries and our relationship with confrontation. We will dive into the art of saying “no” (and “hell yes!”) and we’ll explore how being really clear, even with a tough message, is truly kind.
-
Week 8 brings it all together. We’ll close with reflections on what we’ve learned on our journey together and one final tool to help you find the value in every difficult emotion and experience.
