In small group coaching, you’ll receive personal guidance from your guide, Rachel DK Finney, and benefit from the collective wisdom of leaders on the same learning journey. Weekly, 90 minute, remote sessions create space to share, learn, and reflect.

You’ll also learn the Advantageist framework for finding the advantages in your most challenging experiences and emotions, and get practical, actionable tools to use right away.
THE COMMITTMENT
Participants must commit to attending all eight weekly sessions and completing up to one hour of independent exercises each week. The investment of $2,500/ person includes all course materials, assessments, and cool swag. Group discounts available.
